The heart of each restaurant is a kitchen. The heartbeat of our kitchen is a wood fired pizza oven. We believe the way food is prepared and made is important. Therefore, we have an open kitchen which means our guests can enjoy observing the process of creating Italian dishes while sitting at their table.
